Kan-Arm Contracting provides training for all levels of employment to ensure they are qualified to work on project sites, and that all applicable tickets are up to date. Training programs provided include certification in hearing testing, fall protection, TDG, WHMIS, and first aid (levels 1 to 3). Having workers properly trained and actively part of our safety culture continues to keep our safety record pristine, with no major incidents in the company’s lifetime.

Kan-Arm Contracting Ltd. is recognized by the BC Forest Safety Council and BC Construction Safety Alliance to have met the requirements for certification in the SAFE Companies program as well as COR Safety Certification Program. Kan-Arm is an active member with Both ISNETWORLD (Client ID 400-247680) and Avetta for safety reviews and assurance of adherence for Pre-Qualification requirements with Current, as well as Potential Clientele. These programs allow us to highlight our progressive safety standards and are used as a tool to continually ensure we keep safety as an overriding priority.
